About Us

EquiMed Corporation, is based in Plymouth, Minnesota, USA. Our primary business since 1995 has been providing 24-hour/30 day cardiac event monitoring services to hospitals and doctors offices nationwide. We provide three different levels of service depending on your hospital or clinics requirements.

Beginning in 2009, we are also providers of remote monitoring services for the SJM Confirm® ICM.

EquiMed is certified as an IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility) by Medicare. The IDTF guidelines can be reviewed using the link at the bottom of this page.
